If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Where permitted by applicable law, relevant transaction, fulfillment, delivery, return and communication records may be retained and provided to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping providers or competent authorities where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve a dispute.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, please contact info@xerafit.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, XERAFIT may provide relevant order, payment, fulfillment, tracking, delivery, communication, refund and return records to the relevant payment provider or financial institution where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section restricts legitimate rights available to customers through applicable consumer law or their payment provider.
